Shipping is free on every EverGlide order.
Delivery times
- United States: 5–10 business days.
- Outside the United States: delivery times vary by country. Email us before ordering if you'd like an estimate for your country.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Customs and import fees (international orders)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our price and are the buyer's responsibility.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at support@everglideusa.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or late packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time above, email support@everglideusa.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
